Our cuisine
Our cuisine serves dishes according to the recepies of our grandmothers from this region . We offer excellent soups from domestic raw materials. Pumpkin, salad, French beans. Soups with legumes, pea, lentil, bean soup. Cabbage soup, tripe, dishes of pork and poultry meat, fried liver, intestines with cream and very popular roasted piglet, which is carefully prepared by our traditional recipe.
The piglet is baked on wood for 10 - 12 hours depending on the weight. The standard weight is from 30 to 80 kg. This special treat is prepared every Saturday for our customers and the carving starts about 18.00 o'clock. We can also prepaire the piglet at any other time for a private party according to the customers requirements. We also offer a variety of goulash cooked outside as well as other regional meals from pasta, pies, dumplings and potato pancakes.

Cultural experience
In order to provide our customers with a nice cultural experience after the meal, we offer a nice cultural program throughout the season. Every Saturday you can see and hear bands of various genres. One of the most popular is a home country band called Hurricane, band called PaciPaciFik from Zvolen, various folk bands and a choir Baďančianka presenting themselves in beautiful traditional costumes. During high season, every Thursday for several years you can enjoy the music of Ľudvík Kašuba. On fridays you can see various artists that always put our guests in a good mood.

Winter sports
There is also plenty of stuff to do for winter sport enthusiasts as well. Directly above the lake Počúvadlo, there is the highest mountain of Štiavnica Hills called Sitno. Conquering this hill may be a bit more challenging during the winter months, but the view that is offered as a reward is definitely worth it.
